Helping low-income, disabled, and other individuals struggling with managing their income to better achieve their goals, meet their financial obligations, and connect with community resources.
Working together to Determine the beneficiary’s needs and using his/her payments to meet those needs. Collaborating with beneficiaries on budgeting and money management. Saving any money left after meeting the beneficiary’s current needs. Reporting any changes or events which could affect the beneficiary’s eligibility for benefits. Keeping records of all payments received and how they are spent and/or saved. A commitment to assisting with successful client treatment plans. A commitment to ensuring our clients maximize the resources available to them, so that other county services are available to those with the greatest need. A consistent and stable level of service from knowledgeable staff. Speed and accuracy when processing changes to clients account.
